Up to £650 towards your home EV Point
EVC UK Group can secure you a £350 government grant via the OLEV scheme, and an additional up to £300 from the Scottish Energy Savings Trust.

EVC take care of everything from start to finish - we visit your home or workplace and survey your property and electrical installation to verify it can supply a 16A or 32A mode 3 charging point. We inform your supplier of the installation taking place and advise them to upgrade your supply if required.

What funding is available for home EV Points?
Through Government funding, you can offset up to £650 of the cost of installing your charge point.
Claim up to £350 towards your EV Point
OLEV HomeCharge Scheme
To help private plug-in vehicle owners offset some of the upfront cost of the purchase and installation of a dedicated domestic recharging unit, the Government is running the Electric Vehicle Home charge Scheme.
Customers who are the registered keeper, lessee or have primary use of an eligible electric vehicle may receive up to 75% (capped at £350, inc. VAT) off the total capital costs of the ChargePoint and associated installation costs.

Energy Saving Trust Grant
The typical cost for a home charge point and installation is approximately £1000. As part of its Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme, OLEV currently offers applicants £500 towards this cost.
For the costs above what OLEV cover, the Energy Saving Trust will reimburse up to £300.
